Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Books with obvious signs of use

Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credited amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank, since there is often a processing period before a refund appears.

Sale Items

Only items sold at regular price are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

Shipping Returns
