Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days after the order is confirmed. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. This allows you to monitor your order’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local courier services.
At the moment, we only ship within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping. We are constantly evaluating options to expand our delivery network, so please stay updated on our website for any future changes regarding international orders.
You can change your shipping address only if the order has not been shipped yet. Once an order is dispatched, the courier handles the delivery and we are unable to modify the address. To update your shipping address, contact our customer support team immediately with your order number so we can assist you before shipment.
Currently, we do not offer the option to select a specific delivery date. We prioritize shipping orders as quickly as possible so that you receive your items without unnecessary delays. For urgent orders, you may consider our express shipping option, where available.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, first check your tracking number for updates. If there is still an issue, contact our support team with your order number. We will investigate with the courier service and provide a solution, whether that’s a replacement, reshipment, or refund if necessary.
